These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra.

All disputes will be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with the seat of arbitration in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
